Pay-at-Closing Seller Prep Option

 For sellers who qualify, certain MarketReady services may be completed through a pay-at-closing seller prep option, allowing approved prep work to be handled before listing without requiring all costs to be paid up front.


This can be especially helpful for sellers who want to improve the home’s condition or presentation before going on the market but prefer to preserve cash flow until closing.


Projects are currently capped at $25,000.

Details, eligibility, scope limitations, and terms will vary by property and seller situation.
